About the Course

The American Heart Association HeartCode®️ BLS Provider Course is designed for healthcare professionals who need to recognize life-threatening emergencies, perform high-quality CPR, use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and work effectively as part of a resuscitation team.

HeartCode®️ BLS utilizes a blended learning approach that combines online education with practical instructor-guided skills training.

Participants complete the online portion independently before attending a scheduled hands-on skills session and practical assessment at CO-AT Training Center.

HeartCode®️ BLS is the Official AHA Learning Pathway Available in MENA

The American Heart Association currently delivers BLS Provider training through the HeartCode®️ blended learning model across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

All participants must successfully complete:

Part 1 – HeartCode®️ BLS Online Learning

Following registration, participants receive access to the HeartCode®️ BLS online course through their eLearning.Heart.org account.

Part 2 – Practical Skills Session & Assessment

After successfully completing the online learning component, participants attend a scheduled instructor-led practical session at CO-AT Training Center.
